Statement of Security and Privacy

We guarantee the security and privacy of all of our users. No data left at the disposal of the Internet site MoneyBee® (e.g. name or E-mail address) will be passed onto third parties, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the visitor or unless this involves a submission of data necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual relationship with the affected party. The data is stored on data carriers secured against unauthorized access by third parties. Only technical safety measures (hardware and software) are implemented that have been authorized by our technical personnel as appropriate for a high data security level.

MoneyBee® serves the purpose of generating stock related data, in particular of forecasts. The computing capacities of the PC's of the registered users will be used for this purpose. The MoneyBee® screensaver only transmits data to the central BienenStock® database that are exclusively of use to the system and its development. The data is stored there and allocated to the individual users. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating stock analyses or the optimisation of the entire system.

The unadulterated nature of the data packets submitted by the users is checked frequently in the database. MoneyBee® reserves the right to delete user accounts that have frequently provided falsified data packets, or who have not participated in the collection of data for a longer period of time. All data published by MoneyBee® will not include personally identifying information of the users who have participated in the computing process if these do not wish it.

All registered users may use MoneyBee® in its entirety, even if they have not registered with their real name and have instead decided to only identify themselves via a user name selected by themselves. The publication of the highest user rankings is subject to permission by the affected user. The opt-in form can be found in the personal profile section. Information related to the membership of a particular user in the MoneyBee® user community will not be passed onto third parties unless the user has given his express permission in writing.
